| Final Order / Judgement | The case is posted today for copy of w/v served to complainants by O.Ps & hearing. Advocate for the complainants is absent, no steps filed. Advocate for the O.Ps is present & files hazira. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainants. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record. In the present case, the O.Ps were appeared & filed w/v. As it appears from the case record that the complainants remained absent since 26.03.19 to till today, for which hearing of the case impaired and the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainants, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainants should be dismissed. Accordingly, the complaint of the complainants is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case. The interim order, if any, passed against the O.Ps is treated to be infructuous. | |
