Case is put up today on the strength of a call for petition filed by Advocate for the complainant on the ground stated therein. He also filed a withdrawal petition in support of Affidavit that dispute between both the parties has been settled amicably by the intervention of gentries from both the parties. In view of compromise the complainant does not want to proceed with this case further. Heard. Perused the withdrawal petition along with case record and allowed the same.

Hence, this consumer complaint case is hereby disposed off as withdrawn accordingly without cost.
