Case record is put up-to-day and the Learned Advocate for the Complainant is present and files a memo stating that complainant has already amicably settled their case outside of this Commission thus the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and the instant case may be dropped/ closed accordingly. In view of the said petition the Case is dropped.
