ORDER

Date of Filing: 26-09-2014                                                     Date of Final Order: 30-03-2016

Order No.24, dated 30/03/2016

The Complainant is absent without taking any steps.

The O.P. No.1, Branch Manager, Tata Motors Finance Ltd. files hazirah through their Ld. Agent.

On repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the Complainant but Ld. Agent on behalf of OP is found present.

Ld. Agent of OP No.1 submits that the Complainant did not turn up before this Forum since a long inspite of giving repeated directions. According to him, the case deserves the order of dismissal.

Heard, considered and perused the case record. It appears that the submission made by the Ld. Agent on behalf of OP No.1 is justified. The record reflects that inspite of giving sufficient opportunities, the Complainant remained absent.  The situation compels us to hold that the Complainant is not at all willing to proceed the instant case further. In our view, the case deserves an order of dismissal.

ORDER

Hence, it is ordered that,

The present Case No. DF – 68/2014 be and the same is dismissed due to his default.

Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
