The case record is put up to-day on the strength of put up petition. Learned Advocates for both parties are present. Complainant had filed a petition on Dtd.05.04.2021 through his Advocate stating that, the complainant wants to withdraw the present dispute as the case has been mutually settled between the parties outside of this Commission. Further the complainant does not want proceed this case against the opposite parties. Hence, he prays for permission to withdraw this case. In view of the said petition filed by the Complainant the present C.C. is disposed of as withdrawn.
