ORDER:        

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint due to technical defect but request has been made for seeking permission to file afresh in appropriate court of law.

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with the provision of law. The original documents to be returned  to the complainant and copies of same be filed. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
