Perused the case record and found that the complainant has multiple vehicles and he uses the vehicles for commercial purpose. The complainant has filed different Consumer cases regarding the vehicles separately vide C.C. No. & C.C.No.2/2024, C.C. No.4/2024, and 5/2024. Hence the case records are tagged. The contentions of the Ops are found correct. As the vehicles are used for commercial purpose as not maintainable. The complainant has not come to the Commission with clean hand. The case is dismissed on contest.

          C.C. Cases is also disposed of accordingly.
