Parties and their Ld. lawyers are present before the National Lok Adalat presided over by Sri Asish Deb, President, DCDRC, Purba Medinipur and Sri Saurav Chandra, Member, DCDRC, Purba Medinipur and Smt. Puja Das, Member of Consumer Assistance Bureau, Purba Medinipur.

After hearing both sides it is settled in the following terms:

1. The OP will pay Rs.30,000/- (Rs. Thirty  Thousand only) to the complainant by issuing a Demand Draft in favour of the complainant. 
2. The OP will issue No Dues Certificate to the complainant, and
3. The OP will make all necessary arrangement for De-mortgage of the property in question from its end.

The OP will comply with the above order of settlement (Terms, Sl.1 to 3) within 30 days from the date of this order.

          Thus, the Complaint Case no. 84 of 2021 stands disposed of.
