Both parties are present for conciliation. In view of the conciliation complainant satisfied with the O.Ps. Accordingly, both parties filed joint petition to drop the proceeding in view of amicable settlement between them.

Heard. The petition is allowed. As complainant is satisfied with O.Ps and does not want to proceed with the case at the stage of conciliation in 2^nd National Lok Adalat. This Commission has no hesitation to allow the petition filed by both the parties.

The case is dropped/disposed of accordingly.
