The Complainant takes no step and is absent on repeated calls at 12.10 P.M.

The case is again called at 12.30 P.M but none appears on behalf of the Complainant.

The O.Ps are present through their Ld. Agent.

The Ld. Agent files petition and praying for further date for filing W/V. The Ld. Agent submits to dismiss the case.

It appears from the record that the Complainant was absent on the last date without taking any step and on call. The Complainant was directed to appear today failing which the case be dismissed.

It seems that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case anymore. It is need less to drag the case anymore.

At this stage, it appears that the Ld. Agent of the Complainant has filed a petition praying for further date on the ground that opinion of the Complainant could not be gathered.

The copy was not served to the Ld. Agent. The petition is not served and the ground is not sufficient.

Hence,

                                That the petition filed on behalf of the Complainant for further date is considered and rejected.

The case be and the same is dismissed and thus disposed off.
