Record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant. At this stage, the case is fixed for hearing of petition under Section 13(3B) of the C.P. Act in presence of both parties. Today both parties file a petition stating the fact that the matter has been amicable settled between the parties and complainant has already paid the loan amount adjusted as per requirement of O.P but the vehicle in question is still in possession of the O.P. However following the submission on behalf of O.P. is ready and willing to release the vehicle in favour of the complainant. In such circumstances we order that the case be and the same is settled on compromise and O.P. is directed to release the vehicle at once and both parties are directed the report of compliance.

            With this direction, the Consumer Complainant case is disposed off accordingly on compromise without any cost.

            Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint  being No. 08 of 2019 is disposed of on compromise without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
