Parties to the above matter have been talked over the issues and settled the matter whereby filed before the Forum terms of compromise agreed upon.
In the result, the complaint stands disposed of directing
1. The complainants to pay he opposite parties interest on the outstanding Housing Term Loan A/C.No.10643538330 as on 21.3.2011 at the prevailing floating rate as fixed by the opposite parties and shall continue to pay interest on the loan at Floating Rate as per the terms of the arrangement letter and Loan agreements dated 22.9.2005.
2. The complainants to pay to the opposite parties `15,000(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to opposite parties by 15.6.2012 instead of 86,116 already debited in the loan account on 22.3.2011. The opposite parties shall wave interest on `86,116 already debited in the loan account on 22.3.2011.
3. Complainants shall execute fresh loan documents if any, without changing the other terms and conditions of the loan agreements to correct the product name of he loan availed by the complainants as appearing in the computer system of the opposite parties.
Complaints allowed with the above directions and order passed accordingly.
