ORDERED

that the instant case be and the same is allowed on contest against the OPs. OPs are jointly and severally directed to pay Rs 3,00,000.00 together with compensation Rs. 20,000.00 and litigation cost of Rs. Rs 10,000.00 to the account of the petitioner within 30 days from the date of this order in default complainant is at liberty to execute the order in accordance with the provisions of law in which case, the OPs shall be jointly and severally liable to pay fine at the rate of Rs. 100.00 per diem from this day till payment of the decreetal amount.
