On the basis of put up petition for taken up the case record filed by the Complainant.

Complainant files a verified petition for withdrawal the case alongwith his self attested Indian Union driving license identified by his Ld. Advocate before this Commission.

Complainant also stating that the matter has been settled with Opposite Party accordingly he does not intend to proceed with the case and withdrawal the same.

Complainant is examined and the identity of the Siddhartha Chawdhury is verified with his self attested driving license indentified by his Ld. Advocate Shri Nirnay Dutta.

Heard. Considered and the prayer is allowed.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

That the instant case is dismissed as withdrawn.
