CC/4/2019

Parimal Ch. Roy - Complainant(s)

Versus

The Branch Manager, State Bank of India - Opp.Party(s)

Mr. Nur Salam

19 Jun 2023

ORDER

Both the parties are represented by their learned counsels. The learned counsel for the complainant  filed  a  petition  Vide  No.83/23 praying for another date for cross on medical ground without any supporting medical certificate. Perused the petition and scrutinized the record , it is seen that the complainant has already taken several dates for cross examination since 04/01/2023. On 22/02/2023 and 31/05/2023 the parties were allowed last chance for cross examination.  Hence , no further time can be allowed for cross examination as complainant is given sufficient time for cross examination. Therefore, the  ground above for adjournment is not satisfactory. In view of the above the petition Vide No. 83/23 is rejected.

As the petitioner fails to appear for his cross examination along with his witness, hence the petition filed by him is hereby dismissed.
