               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties  with regard to the loan repayments by way of EMIs along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to sent a proper written communication stating, when and how the amount of Rs.29,885/- is due in their loan account maintained with the 1st opposite party and to pay interest for the balance loan amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from 25.10.2017 to 18.09.2018 and to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant due to the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties along with cost of the proceedings.
No representation for complainant. Notice  served.  Information given.  Inspite of the same no appearance by the complainant and proof affidavit was also not filed by them.    Hence, this commission is of the view that the no purpose in keeping the complaint on file. Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
