        This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to direct the opposite parties to issue correct statement of account and repayment advice for Rs.2,31,744.21 ps.    So as to enable him to repay the same, to pay Rs.1,00,000/- towards damages and to grant Rs.5,000/- towards costs.

                                                       .         

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                Sri Md. Rahimkhan, advocate for the complainant and                                                        Sri K. Sesha Reddy, advocate for the opposite parties  and having stood over for consideration till this day and this Forum made the following:

             Complainant and Opposite Party present.  Heard on the memo.  The matter is settled out of Forum as loan account of complainant with opposite parties is closed and  her documents  are returned to her.  Hence complaint is dismissed, without costs as settled out of Forum.
