                 This complaint coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri. M.L.Sreenivasa Reddy, Advocate, Kurnool, for complainant, and Sri. K.Rama Krishna Rao, Advocate, Kurnool, for opposite party and after perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following:

      Complainant filed a memo stating that the matter is settled out side the court and the complaint may be dismissed. Hence  in view of the memo filed by the complainant, complaint is dismissed without costs.
