          The Complainant is present in person by filing hazira.

          Today is fixed for reporting as to the settlement by the parties.

         Both the Complainant and the Ld. Agent for the O.P by filing joint verified petition praying for withdrawal/disposal off the present case as the dispute has been amicably settled in outside of this Forum between the parties as full and final settlement.

        Heard both the parties and it appears that the Complainant already received two cheques bearing No.454326 of Rs.52,250/- dated 05/10/2016 and another Cheque No.228605 of Rs.17,000/- dated 07/03/2017 from the O.P with full satisfaction and there is no dispute at all. At present, the Complainant has no allegation against the O.P.

        Considering the fact & circumstances of the present case, we have no impediment to allow the prayer of the Complainant and the case is to be disposed off.

Hence,

         Ordered,

                 That the present complaint be and the same is disposed off with full satisfaction.

          Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
