Learned counsel for the O.P present and pray for adjournment on the ground stated therein but non present for the O.P at the time of taken up the record. Case is posted today for service of copy of the written version filed by the O.P dt.28.07.2022 but it could not be served due to absent of the complainant.

Perused the previous order it appears that the complainants remaining absent consistently. It presumed that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this complaint. Hence, the complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
