On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainants. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record.

                                         In the present case, the O.P was appeared & filed w/v. As it appears from the case record that the complainants remained absent since 06.05.15 to till today, for which hearing of the case impaired & the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainants and the memo Dtd.26.12.18 filed by Advocate for the O.P, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainants should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainants is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case. The memo Dtd.26.12.18 filed by Advocate for the O.P is disposed of accordingly.
