Both parties are present through their Ld. Advocate. On behalf of the complainant Ld. Advocate files a verified petition to withdraw the case from this Commission.

It is found that the matter has already been settled between the parties according to the Order No. 11 dt. 01.02.2024.

Hence, it is,

                                                ORDER

 That the instant case C.C. No. 63 of 2023 is hereby dropped on the prayer made by the complainant Sri Somnath Chakraborty.

Let a copy of this order be handed over both the parties free of cost.
