This case is taken up before the Lok Adalath.  Both parties counsel present.  Complainant counsel has filed memo stating that the opposite party has paid a sum of Rs.1,63,815/- towards full and final settlement of the claim in the above complaint and prays for dismiss the complaint as not pressed.

     The opposite party counsel also filed memo stating that an amout of Rs.1,63,815/- has already been sent to complainant directly on 22.07.2022 towards full and final settlement as per the terms and conditions of the policy.

     In view of memo filed by complainant counsel and memo filed by opposite party cousnel the complaint of the complainant is dismissed as not pressed.
