Both the parties file their respective haziras.

Complainant files an application supported by affidavit under order 23 rule 1 read with Section 151 of the C.C. Code with a prayer to dispose of this case as the disputes between the parties has been amicably settled and the claim amount has been paid to the complainant by the op in a draft being no. 300671 dt. 15.2.2022 amounting to Rs. 2,19,793/- drawn on HDFC bank, Stephen House 4 B B D BAG (E) Kolkata 1 branch.

Op submitted the said draft before the Commission in a separate Firisti which be kept with the record.

Complainant also files a petition for withdrawal of the draft filed by the op before this Commission.
