The case is posted today for hearing. Advocate for the complainant is absent, no steps filed. O.P No.1 is absent. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainant. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record.

                                         As the notice against O.P No.1 was sufficient and he neither appeared nor filed w/v, hence the O.P No.1 is set ex-parte. In the present case, the O.P No.1 is set ex-parte and the case against O.Ps No.2 & 3 was dismissed. As it appears from the case record that the complainant remained absent since 26.03.2020 to till today except 29.11.2021, 15.12.2022 & 26.05.2023, for which hearing of the case impaired and the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is presumed that the complainant has no interest to prosecute his own case. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainant, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainant should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case.
