The case is posted today for hearing. Both the Complainant and O.Ps are absent on call till last hours of the Forum and they have not filed any steps today. On perusal of the case record, it came to our notice that the Complainant & O.Ps have remained absent since 14.04.2018 and today also. Though sufficient opportunities have been given to the both Parties for hearing of this case, but the Complainant has not shown any interest to proceed with this case further. So, we do not want to linger this case furthermore. Hence, the present case is dismissed for default of the Complainant & disposed of accordingly.
