On strength of an advance petition filed by the advocate for the complainant, the case is put up today. The advance petition is seen by the advocate for the OP. Learned advocate for the petitioner filed a memo stating therein that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case further more and to drop the case.

            In view of the memo filed by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the case is dropped accordingly.
