The complainant Kabindra Sinha, himself, along with his Ld. Advocate is present.

An authorized signatory Mr. Bisswarup Chatterjee for the OP is present.

Heard both sides in full.  

Both the parties agreed upon to settle the dispute in between them before this National Lok Adalat,  on condition that the OP shall pay Rs. 1,30,000/- (Rupees One Lak thirty thousand only) to the  complainant within 30 days from this day.

Considered.

Hence,  it is

                                               ORDERED

that the case be and the same is disposed of on compromise in between them without any cost.

The complainant do get Rs.1,30,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand  only) from  the OP  within 30 days from the date of this order, failing which the complainant is at liberty to execute the same.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.         The case is thus disposed of.
