Case of the complainant is that
Complainant is the account holder of opposite party bank with account No.67024054962 and deposited an amount of Rs.3000/- on 26.11.2006 in this account. Out of this, he withdrawn an amount of Rs.2500/- and kept Rs.500/- therein. In November 2015, the complainant got a letter from opposite party bank demanding to pay an amount of Rs.12,125/- as charges in the complainant's above said SB Account. The complainant further stated that, he is no way liable to pay the amount demanded and the act of the opposite party is sheer deficiency in service and unfair trade practice filed this complaint for withdraw the said notice and declare the complainant that he is not liable to pay the amount and also direct the opposite parties to pay compensation and cost.
Opposite party entered appearance and filed detailed version. In their version, opposite party specifically contended that, the complainant is not entitled for any relief as bank has not made any demand for Rs.12,125/- in the said SB Account as alleged by the complainant.

Hence being satisfied with the averment and admission of the opposite party bank that, they had not issued any demand notice as alleged or has not initiated any revenue recovery proceedings against the complainant, the complainant submitted that he is not interested to prosecute the matter.
Hence the complaint closed.
