Learned counsel Mr. C. Bhattacharjee is present on behalf of the complainant.

               A petition has been submitted for and on behalf of the complainant stating that the dispute of the instant case has been amicably settled in between the parties outside the Forum and the complainant has no other claim against the opposite parties and it is submitted by the complainant to dispose the case on withdrawal.

               Heard learned counsel Mr. C. Bhattacharjee, who submits in the similar tune as replicated in the petition. Learned counsel submits that the matter in dispute has been amicably settled to the satisfaction of the complainant and the complainant has no other claim whatsoever.

               In view of the above, the case stands disposed of on withdrawal.

               Furnish copy of this order to the complainant free of cost.
