            The learned counsel for the complainant is present on call.. The complainant filed a memo to with draw  the case grounds stated there in that it is  submitted that the  O.Ps have agreed not to repossess the vehicle(Truck) since he has deposited  Rs.50,000/-.  At  present the  present  dispute  is settled  between the parties   out of court  and O.P. had agreed to redress the grievances of the complainant after  receiving   notice  from this  commission.  As the complainant had got remedy from the O.Ps  regarding his claim the  complainant  intends  to withdraw the case.  Both the  post of members are lying vacant.  Considering the facts  and circumstances   of the case  the memo  of complainant is allowed and the case is hereby  closed.  The copy of the  order  be supplied  to the parties  concerned  forth with.
