JUDGEMENT

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non transfer the amount of complainants late husband to the bank account of the complainant i.e. bank account No.3620568281   for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On being noticed the O.Ps appeared through their learned counsel Sri K.Ch.G.S.Kumanda and defend the case.

The learned counsel for the complainant  has filed a memo submitted that the complainant and the O.Ps have  settled the matter out of the court and the O.P.No.1 after closing the bank account of Late K.Dalayya, has deposited the balance amount of Rs.50,532.93 adding  interest of Rs. 5,212.00 the total sum of Rs.55,744.00 in the bank account of the complainant on Dt. 19.9.2019. Hence the complainant  prays the forum to close the case accordingly  as settled out of the court inter alia she is willing to withdraw the case against the O.Ps  for the best interest of justice.

Heard from the parties. During the course of hearing the O.Ps have not objected the memo filed by  the complainant.  Perused  the   record  and  memo  filed by the complainant.  The memo is allowed.

Accordingly the present dispute mitigated  and the  case stands disposed  off  but O.Ps wriggled out of  liabilities & the  case closed against  them    as  the  complainant   do not want to  proceed  with  the case further against the O.Ps  after settled the matter amicably out of court.  Parties are left  to bear their own cost.

Dictated and corrected by me.       Pronounced on this            6th    Day of       December, 2019.
