Brief facts of the case:-

             Case in hand is the allegation of  deficiency in service and unfair trade practice by the O.Ps  for  non  credit   of   amount  Rs.10,000/-  in S.B. account  No. 30394328494 of the complainant  which  the complainant sought  redressal.

              The disputes between the parties having been settled between them  which evidenced by the memo  dated.10.02.2023 filed by the  complainant  along with the bankers cheque bearing  No.876875  Dt. 10.02.2023  of  S.B.I bank  for an amount of Rs.10,000/-  issued by  the   State  Bank  of India, Main  Branch, Marathiguda, Gunupur.

               The commission having  subsequently  been satisfied  by  examining  the complainant, as to his  voluntary act  to be  withdrawn  vis-à-vis  the truth of the averments  of the said memo  dated. 10.02.2023.

                                                                        ORDER

             In the result this commission in the interest of justice allows the complainant to withdraw his case and in the circumstances of the case without any cost. 

           The complaint stands accordingly disposed off as withdrawn after full and final satisfaction of the complainant.

           A copy of this order be provided to all the parties at  free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 / 2019 or they may download same from the confonet.nic.in to treat the same as if copy of order received from this Commission.

           The judgment be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

           File be consigned to the record room along with a copy of this Judgment.
