Ld.counsel for the Complainant appeared and made the following statement.

“Stated that as the complainant has expired, so I do not want to proceed further with this complaint and the present complaint may please be dismissed as withdrawn. The legal heir  of deceased complainant Okar Singh may please be allowed to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if they so desire.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of ld.counsel for the Complainant recorded today separately before this Forum, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the legal heirs of deceased complainant Okar Singh are at liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if they so desire under the law. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
