Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the present complaint will not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its call repeatedly.

On scrutiny of records, it appears that on 18.07.2019 complainant was directed to file evidence. Thereafter on 16.10.2019, vide Order No.06 no step taken by the complainant and none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the complaint shall not be dismissed for default.

Today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on her behalf. Therefore, we are of the opinion that the complainant has lost interest to proceed with the complaint further, for which, she is neither taking any step nor present during its call. Today the complainant also did not file any show cause and is also without any step.

Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No.63/2019 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
