ORDER

                 Heard from the parties. Ops submitted that they have paid allthe amounts to the complainant. The complainant submitted that she had received Rs.6,80,246/- instead of Rs.7,08,,247/- which is unfair trade practice.

              From the version and submission of the parties and from supra discussion it is observed that the complainant has sustained untold physical & mental harassment. The Ops/Insurance Company has forced the complainant to run from pillar to post to recover its bonafide and legally outstanding amount. So deficiency of service is found on the part of the Ops. Hence, it is ordered.

ORDER

             The Ops/Insurance Company are directed to refund 50% of balance amount i.e.Rs.15,000/- to the complainant and further directed the Ops to pay Rs.5000/- towards physical mental and cost of this proceeding within one month from the date of receipt of the order, failing which the aforesaid amount shall carry 16% interest per annum till realization to the complainant.

                   Accordingly C.C. is disposed of finally.
