Perused the previous order it appears that the complainant is remaining absent consistently. On perusal of the material available on record it is found that no evidence as prescribed under C.P Act, 2019 is adduced by the complainant to substantiate his claim. Law is well settled that mere pleading may not be taken as evidence. Onus lies on the complainant to prove the allegation made against the O.Ps .But here in this case the complainant has failed to prove the allegation made in the complaint petition. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution
