Learned Advocates for both parties are present. As per order Dtd.06.01.2021 and 10.02.2021 of this Commission complainant is present through her Advocate and received the Account payee cheque bearing No.616069 Dtd.28.01.2021 of Rs.4,00,000/- from the OP-SBI General Insurance Co. in this commission towards full and final settlement of the case, and there is no remaining cause of action against the Insurance Company/ OP thus the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and the instant case may be dropped/ closed accordingly. In view of the said petition & memo the case is dropped.
