       Complainant  represented.  It is submitted that  on the basis of the letter issued by the  opposite party bank ,that they  could not taken  any  steps.  On the basis of the above letter the  Forum  is of the opinion  that there is no cause of action against the  opposite party.  Hence no  need to prosecute the complaint.  Hence the  complaint  closed.
