Heard advocate for opp. Advocate for Opp submits that, Opp has paid entire amount and Compt has withdrawn the said amount. Advocate for Compt submits that, Opp has to pay interest amount. However advocate for Compt has not produced any document to show that how much interest Opp. has to pay. There is no document to show how much interest Opp. has to pay. Opp. is continuously absent, hence complaint is closed.
