                        Case put up today on the eve of the National Lok Adalat in this forum. Complainant and the Ops are present. Advocate for the Op Sri Sitaram Panda filed a cheque bearing No.830964 dt.11.11.2016 for an amount of Rs.52,836/- .The complainant present before the forum  and received the above cheque and filed a memo stating therein that  he is satisfied with the payment of OP  and prays to dispose of the case.

                        Document filed by the parties are verified. As the complainant has received the cheque and filed  the memo to drop the case, the case is dropped. Supply the copy order to the parties as per the provision of C.P.Act.
