| Final Order / Judgement | Date of Filing : 01-03-2017 Date of Order : 20-04-2017 Order No.4, dated 20/04/2017. Today is fixed for S/R, appearance of the O.P and filing W/V. The Complainant takes no steps. The O.P. No.1 appears in person and files some documents informing this Forum that they paid all the dues to Smt. Gayatri Misra on 19/04/2017 after getting Notice of this Forum. Perused the documents. It reveals from the documents and the complaint that the mother of the Complainant purchased Nine Certificates from the O.P. But the Complainant has not filed this case. The Complainant, Rajkumar Misra has no locus-standi to file this case and as such the present Complainant is not maintainable. Moreover, the O.P. No.1 paid all the dues to Smt. Gayatri Misra. This case is liable to be dismissed. Hence, Ordered, That the case is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/-. Let a copy of the order be supplied to the Complainant and the O.P. No.1 free of cost. | |
