Neither the complainant nor his engaged advocate is present. On perusal of record it is found that complainant is always found absent since dt. 13.04.2023 and also not showing interest to proceed with this case. However, it is a year old case and ex-parte order already passed against O.Ps. Hence, the case is dismissed for default.
