On-call, an application has been filed on behalf of the complainant signed by learned counsel Satyendra Prasad advocate who after submission of the application to the commission submitted that he intends to withdraw this case as per the instruction of his client. The record shows that as yet the opposite parties has not appeared, but in view of the application submitted on behalf of complainant. This complaint case stands dismissed as withdrawn.
