                                                                                JUDGEMENT

          The  curx of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for   non  payment of  maturity amount  bearing R.D. account No. 18514203727, and  account No.18513000528 for which  the complainant  sought compensation  inter alia  for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

 

            The complainants on Dt. 29.6.2018  have filed a memo stating  that after filing of  C.C  case the O.P and the complainant  are settled the matter out  side the court  in presence of the gentries .     The complainants now    not interested to  proceed the  case further   and  prays the forum to drop the proceedings against the O.P. for the  best interest of justice.

            Perused the memo . Memo is allowed.

            Accordingly the case is closed as not pressed by the complainants.
