D.H. Sri Subrata Acharjee is present with his Counsel.

The J.D. in person is present. 

In compliance with the judgment passed in Case No. CC-14/2018 the J.D. has submitted 3 Cheques vide Nos. 530439 dated 01.12.2018, 530512 dated 01.01.2019 and 530531 dated 16.01.2019 valued Rs.50670/-, Rs.2,70,378/- and Rs.11,292/- resepectively drawn on State Bank of India SME Agartala Bazar Branch, Agartala being the full amount including interest of the decreetal amount to the satisfaction of the D.H. 

All the cheques have been handed over to the Decree Holder, Subrata Acharjee who has acknowledged the receipt of the same by putting his signature on the right side of the order sheet which has been duly identified by his Lawyer, Sri Utpal Das.

It has been submitted by Learned counsel for the D.H. that the J.D. has fully satisfied the decreetal amount with up to date interest to the satisfaction of the D.H. Hence he has prayed for disposal of the case.

In view of the submissions made by the Learned Counsel, the instant Execution Case stands disposed of.

Supply copy of his order to the J.D. after observing all legal formalities.
