            Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant.

This matter is taken up for consideration even at 12.55pm when complainant has not taken any steps.

No show-cause has been filed by the complainant.

It is crystal clear that complainant has not taken any steps even after direction by this District Commission vide Order No. 17 dated 04/04/2023.

Upon all this factors and considering the present situation this Commission feels that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

So, this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss of this case. In the result,

it is accordingly

Ordered

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of District Commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
