This Complainant case is Filed by the Complainant against SBI  Padampur branch ,Keonjhoir and Rourkela branch alleging  deficiencies Service apprehending seizure of the finance vehicle of the complaint which was purchased under hire purchased Scheme from the OP-keonjhor branch.on perusal of the written version of the op no1 and op3 it has been brought to our knowable that as the loan was Sanctioned and paid to the Complainant from SBI padampur branch within keonjhor Dist. any cause of action arise thereof cannot be raised before this Forum,especially op3.is the rourkela branch is not at all linked with the loan matter availed by the complimeant.it is therefore in there show cause OP no1 and OP3. have reised the maintainability of this Complaint by this Forum due to want of territorial jurisdiction. we have gone through entered materials on the record and Found that the Complainant had availed Finical Facility From the op1 branch and op3 Rourkela branch has no concerned with the above loan Facility from the OP-3 Will be excluded from op list the other two OPs are Having their Branches nor within the jurisdiction of this Forum.Accordingly the Complainant petition is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
