                                         Heard. It is stated in the memo filed on behalf of the Complainant that the dispute between the parties has already been solved outside the Commission and does not want to proceed with the case further and prayed to drop the case.

                                         Considering the above facts & circumstances of the case and the fact that the matter between the parties has already been solved, this Commission has nothing to drop the matter. Hence, the petition filed by the Complainant is hereby allowed.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as dropped.
