           Parties and their Ld. Advocates are present before the National Lok Adalat presided over by Sri. Asish Deb, President, DCDRC, Purba Medinipur, Smt. Chandrima Chakraborty, Member DCDRC, and Sri Himanshu Sekhar Samanta, Ld. Advocate as Member. After hearing both sides it is settled that the OPs who are jointly and severally liable shall pay a D/D or Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 51000/- (Rs. Fiftyone Thousand only) to the/in favour of the complainant within one month from the date of this order as towards one time settlement of the claim.  

           Thus the case stands disposed of on full satisfaction.
